When You Arrive

Arrival & Parking

When you arrive at Hashawha and as you come in, you will notice a sign on the right for “Bear Branch Nature Center.” Take that right and follow the road, there is a parking lot at the top of the hill.

What to Do/Who to Look For

Your lead facilitator will meet your group at the venue in the parking area when you arrive. As needed, time will be provided to review/complete paperwork and use the bathroom before your program begins.

Once paperwork has been completed and reviewed, your lead facilitator will guide your group to the program area. This will only be a short hike from the parking area.

Your lead facilitator will conduct a brief orientation prior to your program. This is the perfect time to ask questions and ensure you know what to expect for the day. Any gear, equipment, or props utilized during the program will be provided, and no prior experience is necessary.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late for your program, when you arrive to the venue, go ahead and look around for your group – we shouldn’t be too far. You may also contact your lead facilitator: Carly Ferguson, at 410-227-8735.
