We honor that every group is different and that there’s no magic program that works for everyone. That’s why we offer a variety of session topics and program lengths. We’ll work with you to custom design a program that fits your group’s personality and program goals.
Program Session Topics
Teambuilding sessions are full of group initiatives and activities that focus on identified group needs and goals. Common focus areas include group dynamics, communication, leadership, collaboration, and connection.
Experience meditation and de-stressing techniques that help with life balance. This session is a great opportunity to focus on being present, expressing gratitude, and reflecting on your own thoughts and experiences. Delving into personal growth and development, this session is intrinsically enriching.
A more casual and recreational experience that gets your group outside and exploring nature. Hikes can also be tailored to fit your group’s program goals and incorporate themes such as leadership or problem solving that are woven in along the way.
Program Length Options
Limited on time? That’s okay! We can select the session topic that your group will get the most value from and spend a half day together focusing on 1-3 group goals.
Make a day of it! Experience a combination of our session topics to work on multiple group goals. This is a multifaceted custom program and includes a catered lunch!
Is your group ready for a deep dive? Weekend retreats are great for groups looking to really transform group culture and have a more immersive experience.
Follow-Up Experiences
Teambuilding programs don’t have to be one-and-done experiences. In fact, groups often benefit from continued experiences that revisit and continue to build upon concepts and ideas learned in the initial program. These follow-up experiences take new skills acquired during the initial program and help develop them into habits within an organization – further maximizing a group’s potential. Ask about our follow-up and series-based program options during your program design consultation or contact us!

Capture the moment
Have a professional photographer join your program.
Capturing your group’s program can be a great idea, not only for the memories, but to help recall the experience and transformation your group went through. Photos can serve as tools to help prompt future group reflection and goal setting.
