Why The Potential Project?

My entire working career has involved the outdoors and working with people in all sorts of weather conditions and settings.  In the last 15 years, I have worked with over 10,000 individuals – honing my message and craft.  I have found experience to be the greatest teacher because it gives us firsthand knowledge which allows us to grow and learn.  I believe the use of the outdoors as a venue, with the combination of my professional and personal background and programming, is a major differentiator from the typical Corporate America team building and development that involves power points in conference rooms and a “here we go again” sentiment by employees.  This “shakeup” that brings the learning outdoors is proven to work.  It allows individuals a chance to develop different relationships with their coworkers, a change of environment to stimulate their senses, as well as all the well-known benefits of the outdoors.
